Visit the FHSIS Annual Reports posted on the DOH website at https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials for data on Family Planning services

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as we do not gather data on cases of infertility rates. We ask that you also inquire with the Commission on Population (POPCOM) at http://popcom.gov.ph for this request
