Hello Good morning!

Follow up ko lang po itong Request for update/correction ng Vaccine Certificate namin ng kapatid ko. almost 3 weeks na po kasi ako nag request sa vaxcert.doh.gov.ph. Hindi po kasi kami makapasok sa Factory na pagtatrabaho-an namin dahil mali details sa vaccine card namin. sana po ma-update po as soon as possible. Thank you.
