April 26, 2019 Dear Franco Regino, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 11, 2019 01:32:31 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Department of Health (DOH) Comparative Annual Online Electronic Injury Surveillance System (ONEISS). Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. (see attached letter response) Due to the Data Privacy Act of 2012, the Department can only provide nationwide statistical data on road crash accidents reported, but not on the number of accidents reported at specific hospitals, such as Divine Grace Hospital, General Trias Maternity and Pediatric Hospital and JNRAL Family Corporation Hospital, as requested. In line with this, we recommend that the information needed be directly requested from the specific hospitals. Should you have further inquiries, you may contact Mayeth Ostaco at (02) 651-7800 local 1936 or email at diseaseregistry.doh@gmail.com For further assistance you may review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://pcoomaster07202018100000-dot-efoi-ph.appspot.com/help.
