I am writing this email on behalf of my research-advising students at St. Paul University's College of Medical Technology, I am humbly requesting data for their thesis titled "Impact of Handwashing Education on Preschoolers in Cagayan Valley."
Date: Jan 1, 2023 to Dec31, 2023
 Specifically, we need data on:

Total cases: Number of diarrhea (including acute bloody diarrhea) and other waterborne disease cases in the region 2.
Hotspots: Top 20 towns with the highest case counts in Region 2
Vulnerable group: Age group most affected by these diseases in Region 2
