1) Implementation status of the Philippine National Guidelines on Physical Activity;

2) DOH implemented/promoted nutrition and physical activity programs for adolescents in the Philippines - information about current status and plans; and

3) Name and contact information of DOH focal person knowledgeable on nutrition and physical activity programs for adolescents being implemented in the Philippines.
