Hi! I would like to request for information regarding the following:

1. The number of ectopic pregnancy in the Philippines and in Region 2
2. The mortality rate of ectopic pregnancy in the Philippines and in Region 2

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that the Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS) Unit of the Epidemiology Bureau does not collect data on the said request. All data being collected by the FHSIS can be found at this link: https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials
