I hope this letter finds you well, I would like to request from your humble office the list of maternity hospitals and birthing facilities in the Philippines. I would use the information gathered to support my architectural thesis. Your data will help me strengthen and complete my study and my proposed project which is "A Proposed Teenage Pregnancy Assistance Center"

Visit the DOH National Health Facility Registry (NHFR) at https://nhfr.doh.gov.ph/VActivefacilitiesList for the master list of health facilities in the Philippines that includes the hospitals and birthing homes. You may select the health facility type and then download the data in Excel or CSV format

Please note that we are only able to provide some of the information you have requested for as we do not have specific data for maternity hospitals.
