Please be informed of the following options on how to avail of acceptable proof of COVID-19 vaccination in the meantime while VaxCertPh is currently experiencing Technical Issues:

1.	Check if your VaxCertPH is available at https://vaxcert.doh.gov.ph. If you can generate your VaxCertPH with no errors or missing information, you may use this certificate as proof of COVID-19 vaccination. 

2.	You may use your LGU vaccination card or International Vaccine Certificate (ICV).

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI
