Good day! I would like to request information regarding:

1. Prevalence of  Pyelonephritis in the Philippines.

2. Prevalence of  Pyelonephritis in Isabela, Philippines.

I refer to my letter of Jan 04, 2024 08:30:35 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Cases of Pyelonephritis.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query.

We would like to inform you that our DOH Epidemiology Bureau does not collect this specific information on Pyelonephritis, and gathers information on UTI only. May we know if we could provide this information on UTI instead?
