Good day,

Two months ago on October 30, 2023, I requested an updated vaccine certificate for the following reference numbers, (#0237487, #2037496, #2045218, & #4403220). Our family's flight is less than a week away, December 20, 2023, and we need our VAXCERTS immediately.

For some, there are no records found and for others, the update request is still in progress. I have submitted all the copies of their vaccination cards along with their government-issued IDs.

I hope you can help us out.
