While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. We regret to inform you that upon checking with our DOH Disease Prevention and Control Bureau and DOH Regional Office 3, they informed us that they do not have the data that you are requesting. You are being advised to coordinate with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) at http://dswd.gov.ph for this request.
