Thank you for your request dated Aug 31, 2022 05:29:09 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for HEALTHCARE TURNOVER. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. Please be informed that as of now, our DOH Health Human Resource Development Bureau (HHRDB) has no available up-to-date processed data or reports on turnover rates for the above-mentioned health professionals. Meanwhile, may we respectfully refer you the following sources: 1. Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) For direct coordination with health facilities in NCR, you may contact HFSRB for the contact details of licensed private and public health facilities at their website at http://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph You may also refer to the National Health Facility Registry (NHFR) for the master list of health facilities in the country https://nhfr.doh.gov.ph/VActivefacilitiesList 2. Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) The PSA has reports on labor turnover for your reference. https://psa.gov.ph/labor-turnover-survey 3. Chief Nurses Association (CNA) CNA of the Department of Health may have available data or studies pertaining to the turnover rate of nurses in DOH/GOCC hospitals. 4. Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) The POEA may have available data on migration that could be considered as one of the factors for labor turnover of health professionals, including nurses and medical technologists.
