Good Day!

Do the PRC/DOH provide a document/certificate to attest my work experience in the Philippines. I am currently working abroad as a pharmacist and is required by my registration authority to pass the said document.

You asked for Work Certificate verification.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that DOH does not issue work certificate for your work experience here in the Philippines. We ask that you directly request with the health facility where you previously worked as a pharmacist for this information.

Your right to request a review
