Hi! I would like to request medical and financial assistance for the hospital bill that costs of Php.504.407.85 and I filed promissory note to pay it monthly.

Because my wife named Ma. Odessa T. Santos was diagnose in Acute Subdural Hematoma after the days of her caesarian delivery that supposedly we already be discharged that day. She undergoes surgical operation and medications. 

I ask you a request some assistance to have some amount to pay for our hospital bill.
