Good day! 

I am a 5th-year student from Polytechnic University of the Philippines, taking up my undergraduate thesis on a proposed mental health facility. I am conducting an in-depth study on the Mental Health situation in our country & gathering insights about the local government’s plan to improve health care facilities & its necessity to the country & citizens. I would like to request for a possible online interview with relevant personnel in the Department of Health (DOH) who can provide me with essential information and insights about the aforementioned subject.
