Hi I would like to request for follow up of someone's vaxcert. It has been 2 weeks and I still cannot access to generate one. It has not yet been updated and I urgently need it.

Please prepare your reference number generated thru Vaxcert.doh.gov.ph for verification purposes and ease of transaction.
