Hi! I would like to request information regarding:
1) The policies or guidelines that the National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) has for all its psychiatric patients.
2) The complete outline or procedure for outpatient consultations, inpatient admissions, the treatment process, discharge process, and emergency admissions.
3) Specific treatments for patients with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and depressive disorder.
