April 20, 2020 Dear Roger Francisco, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Apr 20, 2020 03:48:13 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for work background of patients with positive covid19 cases. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. At present the new DOH COVID Tracker website at https://www.doh.gov.ph/covid19tracker does not yet report on the work background of COVID-19 patients. Available data can be downloaded using the Data Drop at https://bit.ly/dohcovid19data. For clarification and request for this data, you may contact the COVID tracker administrator at email address: covidtracker@doh.gov.ph Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Undersecretary Lilibeth C. David, Chair of Data Governance Oversight Committee/ DOH Central Appeals and Review Committee, at foi@doh.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
