I would like to request the dataset available regarding the latest National Health Literacy Survey without the respondent's identification or any implication of their identity (e.g. name) for the assessment of the prevalence of limited health literacy in NCR.

You asked for National Health Literacy Survey.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested information due to data confidentiality under Sections 4 and 9 of the "List of Exemptions" of the DOH FOI Manual apply to that information.

The data falls under the "4. Information deemed confidential for the protection of the privacy of persons and certain individuals such as minors, victims of crimes or the accused" and "9. Other exceptions to the right to information under laws, jurisprudence, rules and regulations." through the Data Privacy Act (DPA)

Also, the latest National Health Literacy Survey is not yet available for public use
