The Epidemiology Bureau (EB) has restructured to two offices, namely:

1. Office for Surveillance Systems and Operations (EB-OSSO or EB-A) led by EB Director IV; and
2. Office for Health Statistics and Systems Development (EB-HSSD or EB-B) led by EB Director III

under the EB-OSSO, there are six divisions or units:
1. Public Health Surveillance Division (PHSD)
2. COVID-19 Surveillance and Quick action Unit (CSQAU)
3. Online National Electronic Injury Surveillance  System Unit (ONEISS)
4. HIV Surveillance Unit
5. Epidemiologic Response Planning and Operations Unit (ERPOU)
6. International Health Regulations (IHR) Unit

Under the EB-HSSD, there are six divisions and units:
1. Applied Epidemiology and Health Management Division (AEHMD)
2. Monitoring and Evaluation Division (MED)
3. Policy, Planning and Performance Monitoring unit (PPPMU)
4. CSQAU COVID-19 Surveillance Sub-Unit - Policy and Planning Unit (CSQAU-PPU)
5. Field Health Service Information System (FHSIS) Unit
6. Burden of Disease (BOD) Unit

The EB does not have any laboratory since their office do not conduct confirmatory testing
