Hi I would like to Request for the following information per LGU in city, municipal, and provincial levels:

1) No. of Patients who Underwent Cancer Consultation
2) No. of Patients who Underwent Cancer Screening
3) No. of Patients Diagnosed with Cancer
4) No. of Cancer Patients on Therapy
5) New incidence of cancer patients (2020)
6) Incidence of death of cancer patients (2020)
7) 5 year prevalence

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. We regret to inform you that we do not collect this data and advise you to coordinate directly to each hospitals per LGU.
