While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested.

We regret to inform you that the FDA Philippines does not receive any reports related to the request.

We suggest that you coordinate with the Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) perhaps to the Board of Medicine and Board of Pharmacy on this request
