You asked for The number of employee in Tarlac Provincial Hospital per group.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we do not have custody of the requested information as the Tarlac Provincial Hospital is not a DOH Hospital and an LGU Hospital. We ask that you coordinate with the Tarlac Provincial Hospital for this request.
