Thank you for your request dated Sep 25, 2021 11:22:35 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Devolution Transition Plan. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. We would like to inform you that the DOH Health Policy Development and Planning Bureau is still finalizing DOH's Devotion Transition Plan. We will furnish you a copy once the final version is approved by the Secretary of Health. Please expect it by October 15, 2021. It will also be uploaded in the DOH and DBM websites.
