Hi!

I would like to request a validation on my vaccination. I requested my vax certificate online in your website but it shows that I no record found in my 2nd dose.

I have my vax card with first dose, 2nd dose and 1st dose of booster. However when checking it on your websit vaxcert.doh.gov.ph No record found in my 2nd dose.I just had my 1st booster September 11,2023. I badly needed it since I am applying for domestic helper in Singapore.
