hi i would like to follow up the endorsement / request letter issued by December 20, 2023 at your good office. thank you for your response.

Relatively to the thesis requirements, i would like to request and endorsement letter, where in the student project is willingly supported by your office only by hypothetical means.

We regret to inform you that DOH does not issue an endorsement certificate indicating their approval/support of the proposed architectural thesis. We believe that we are in no position to approve/endorse your thesis proposal since this is an academic undertaking and such approval and assessment should be in the purview of your institution.

Your right to request a review
