Good day, I would like to request information regarding:

1) Number and demographic of cases of actual metal toxicity diagnoses like arsenic poisoning, or cadmium poisoning
2) Number and demographic of case that were suspected metal toxicity diagnoses
3) Number and demographic of cases with symptoms match metal toxicity but not diagnosed as such

from the earliest known record up to the present day.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. We regret to inform you that the DOH does not have surveillance data yet for metal toxicity cases. We also suggest you coordinate with the DOH Designated Poison Control Centers. Attached is a copy of the DOH Department Circular No. 2020-0081 Designated Poison Control Centers / Units in retained hospitals / medical centers of the Department of Health for your reference.
