Good day!

As I checked my booster shot in the website is not on the record... My name is Servando V. Redito Jr currently residing in  12109 Dalandan St. Dau Homesite Mabalacat Pampanga. I got my first booster shot January 16,2022 (Pfizer). But as I checked now,it does'nt show in my record only my 2 previous vaccination. CAn you please give me a help regarding on this,because I really need it when applying visa work abroad.
