Hi! I would like to follow up my Vax Cert Request with:

To whom it may concern: 

This is to bring to your attention that I have been trying to access my vaccine certificate with booster since June this year.

However, nobody replied to my email since after June and I really need this vaxcert for my employment requirement abroad please help me as soon as possible im running out of time, I already submitted the requested documents since June in your system.
