Hello.
I would like to seek help in behalf of my mother (patient.) She was admitted last March 9 and discharged last June 7. She was in the NICU (Neuro Intensive Care Unit.)

We have the following documents:
- medical abstract
- DSWD Social Case Study
- PGH billing
- barangay indigency
- patient's ID
- representative's ID
