1) What are the required environmental licenses, permits for a government hospital ? 
- Kindly visit the DOH Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) website at https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/licensing-accreditation-of-health-facilities-and-services/ for the licensing and accreditation requirements of health facilities including hospitals and the DOH Issuance of Permit to Construct in the HFSRB website at https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/581-2/

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) issue environmental licenses or permits to hospitals

2) What are the governing DOH regulations pertinent to / on Infection Prevention and Control Unit, Pharmacy Services , Dietary Services, Patient Safety  and General Housekeeping ?

a. Infection Prevention and Control - Please see Administrative Order No. 2022-0051 "Revised National Policy on Infection Prevention and Control in All Public and Private Health Facilities". Standards and operational requirements are found in the different chapters of the National Standards in Infection Prevention and Control for Health Facilities 3rd Edition.
