You asked for The Architectural Floor Plan.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that we do not have custody of the Architectural Floor Plans of Novaliches District Hospital and Alabang Medical Clinic as these are not DOH Hospitals. We request you directly coordinate with these hospitals for this data request
