Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Greetings!

 We are now preparing for the Medical Mission Project for 2024. We are conducting this project at least twice every year. In this connection, we are now seeking the assistance of Department of Health's (DOH) Philippine Integrated Disease Surveillance Response (PIDSR) in providing us the most recent available data on the current status and notifiable number of diseases in different areas of General Santos. This will serve as a guide for us in the selection of area in where we can implement the medical mission project.
