Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have [some of]* the information you have requested. At present, the list of DOH Accredited Public and Private Hospitals in the Philippines was as of December 2017 at the DOH Health Facilities and Services Regulatory Bureau (HFSRB) website at https://hfsrb.doh.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/List-of-Licensed-Government-and-Private-Hospitals-as-of-December-31-2017.pdf. Likewise, the list is attached for your reference.
