Good day! 

I am a 5th-year student from Polytechnic University of the Philippines, taking up my undergraduate thesis on a proposed mental health facility. I would like to request for a possible face to face interview respondents for the following: 

1. A psychiatrist who works in a mental health facility
2. Psychiatric mental health nurses/staffs 
3. People who have mild mental disability that are/were exposed to a mental health facility who can answer interview questions
