Hi Im Ms.Liza Cadenas Cagas I am an ex OFW from Saudi Saudi Arabia i request how to trace my covid vaccination record copy while im not in Saudi Arabia anymore and i cannot acces to any apps for vaccination to trace my vaccination record and i dont have any record for it on hand .Pls help me .im applying to abroad again they asking for me that and i xannot go out the country again if i dont have it .Pls help me how to have it my Ex employer cannot provide me too ,its all his fault because he didnt give me anyrhing until i go home Philippines because im under his name only .pls help me

Thank you so much for accepting my request.I hope as soon as possible i can have those records because my employer needs me to be in the host country before Feb.15 im done everyrhing .Please help to solve my problem ,I need to work again for my family my mother is sick i need to zupport hermed8cations and for my son's future too,without my vaccinqtion record copy i cannot start everything what should i do ?Please help me to have my vaccination record copy from Saudi Arabia ,i dont habe access to anything no record copy or card on hand nothing at all .What should i do ?😪😭 .Thank you so much

You asked for Covid Vaccination record copy.
Response to Request
I understand your concern, please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, either the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.
If you want, you may kindly coordinate with the LGU where you received your vaccination and request for assistance to generate your vaccination certificate. However, since you mentioned that you were vaccinated in Saudi Arabia, you need to coordinate directly with them for your vaccine records.
For further assistance, you may call the Vax Cert Customer service at (02) 8876-1488 and vaxcertsupport@doh.gov.ph so you can provide us the reference number from the VaxCert website or the National Patient Navigation and Referral Center (NPNRC) at (02) 8651-7800 local 2431-2435. You may also review the FAQ section of the eFOI site: https://foi.gov.ph/help.
