Good afternoon! I'm a 5th year BS Architecture student at the Don Honorio Ventura State University located at Bacolor, Pampanga. I would like to request the following data that would help in my architectural thesis research:

1. Latest number of patients with Schizophrenia, Depression, Anxiety, Substance use, Mood Disorders, Psychosis, and Dementia in Donna's Home Care as of December 2023

2. Latest number of In patients and outpatients in Donna's Home Care as of December 2023

3. Total number of Patients admitted to Donna's Home Care in Mariveles, Bataan as of December 2023
