While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. We regret to inform you that the Department of Health gathers surveillance data in the national and regional level only. On your request for the number of skin diseases, acute respiratory infection and whooping cough by Barangay level, we suggest you coordinate with the LGU through their health department for this data request. For the DOH data, we suggest you visit the Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS) annual reports posted in the DOH website at https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials
