Provide me documents on comparative studies, clinical trials, RCT (Randomized Clinical Trials) in Philippine setting comparing hospitalizations due to Covid-19 between Covid-19 vaccinated individuals vs unvaccinated individuals that substantiate the claim that unvaccinated individuals gets more hospitalization due to Covid-19.
