Hi! I would like to request for an ASAP update of my VaxCert. I will be having my medical examination this August 1, 2023 at 2PM. I requested and sent an email already. #2010639 #2010640. Thank you!

Response to Request

Your FOI request is approved. 
Please be informed that the encoding of vaccination records is done by the concerned vaccination center. If your vaccination record is unavailable, either the record may not have been uploaded yet in the Vaccination Information Management System (VIMS) by the vaccination center.
Rest-assured that we've already coordinated with Agent 206 from the National Patient Navigation and Referral Center (NPNRC) at (02) 8651-7800 local 2431-2435. Please expect a call or an e-mail from them, if none, kindly call them back through the number above. 
In the meantime that we are experiencing Technical Issues on our VaxCertPH portal, kindly refer to the attached DOH Memorandum Circular for other options.
