In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. 

    Please be informed that we can only refer your request to the DOH Hospitals in CALABARZON. We do not have custody of the data for private and LGU Hospitals. Kindly refer to this  list of DOH Hospitals posted in the DOH website at https://doh.gov.ph/doh-hospitals-directory .

May we know if you wish  to refer your request to the DOH CALABARZON Hospitals instead?
