April 12, 2021 Dear Redentor Olarte, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Apr 10, 2021 08:37:16 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Monthly usage of facemask per healthcare worker during this pandemic. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. We regret to inform you that we do not collect data on the Monthly usage of facemask per healthcare worker during this pandemic. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) only has the list of Notified Medical Face Masks found on this link below. This was also mentioned in your other eFOI request #DOH-867951821085 https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1OAE1MAByyve9wcqKiwlVifGtMUCoaHe7ntgSwV9JMvw/edit#gid=0 We suggest you conduct a survey to a sample health facilities for this research.
