Hello we would like to request yellow fever, mmr and polio vaccine in the davao city. As many applicant cant travel far, due to financial situation. We would like to request vaccine for its been months no available vaccine in BUREU OF QUARANTINE. many aspiring seaferes and OFW is still waiting for the availability of the said vaiccines..
We hope for prior. Request to be granted.
