Your FOI request is approved.
We are sending you the 2023 partial data reported in the Field Health Services Information System (FHSIS). Data for the previous years are also available at the DOH website: https://doh.gov.ph/publications/serials. However, data on Type 2 DM in terms of pregnancies, blood pressure, age, BMI, glucose level, etc are not available in the FHSIS.
