Hi! I would like to request any document that states who are only allowed/accepted to certify Psychosocial Disability. I am applying for my daughter's PWD ID but the worker at PDAO Baler, Aurora denied the application saying that only Psychiatrists are the one allowed to certify a Psychosocial Disability. My daughter was assessed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and her NeuroDevelopmental Pedia stated in Certificate of Non-apparent Disability that she has Psychosocial Disability.
