I apologize for the confusion. To clarify the data we are requesting here are the things we need from the FHSIS 2018 - 2023,
- Mortality & morbidity of cancer in region 1 (Ilocos) (per province), by cancer type.

You asked for FHSIS Ilocos Region.
Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved.
At present, the Epidemiological Modeling and Research Division (EMRD) of the Epidemiology Bureau can only provide national data since the subnational data are still under embargo. However, we can provide Global and Philippine data (latest available is 2019) generated from the Global Burden of Disease (GBD) study. For more information about the GBD study and their publicly available data, you may access their site at https://www.healthdata.org.
