2) The top 10 Universities with most  reported suicide incident.

Response to your request

Your request is approved. Section 22 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 11036 (Mental Health Act) details the specific services the program offers. However, in terms of data, we are limited to the number of suicide cases the National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) is able to get through the CRISIS HOTLINE. You may direct your request to NCMH through their telephone line (02) 8531 9001, or by visiting their office. 

Also, kindly coordinate with the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) at http://ched.gov.ph on your request for the The top 10 Universities with most  reported suicide incident.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Undersecretary Lilibeth C. David, Chair of Data Governance Oversight Committee/ DOH Central Appeals and Review Committee, at foi@doh.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
