Good day. Asking for help. Nasurgery ako sa gallbladder sa isang private hospital dito sa maynila. Dito po po kami nagpagamot galing sa 2 govt hospital ngunit sa amimg pagkagulat humigit kumulang 400k po ang bill final bill namin at private daw po ang status namin (dito po ako nalito at walang  halagang  pambayad. solo parent ng 10 ar 9 taon mga bata. Wala po sapat na pinagkakitaan lamang po ay para na po ako mamamatay sa di maipaliwanag na sakit sa aking apdo at itoy nalunusan at naisagawa ang operasyon at nirkeomenda po na makauwi matapos ang 3 araw na gamutan ngunit disaproved ang Prom Note

Your FOI request is approved. 

We have received your request for medical / financial assistance. We would like to inform you that the Malasakit Program Office (formerly Public Assistance Unit of the Department of Health) no longer provides Guarantee Letter (GL) or Referral Letter (RL). All applications for medical assistance are currently processed at hospitals under the Department of Health (DOH).

 In order for your request to be met, we can go directly to the DOH or LGU hospitals that have Malasakit Centers. You can also contact the said facilities by phone or email. Just check the attached file  to find out the list of facilities with Malasakit Centers.
