Good Day!I am Maria Dolor A. Felisilda, a graduate school student and currently working on my dissertation paper on suicide prevention. May I request the number of reported suicide cases in the province of Zamboanga del Norte specifically in the Dipolog CIty, Dapitan City, municipalities of Katipunan, Tampilisan and Siocon from 2012 to present(2022)?thank you in advance.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested. 

We regret to inform you that the DOH Regional Office 9 does not have the data on your request. We request you coordinate with the Philippine National Police Regional Office 9 for this request
