The silica gel/desiccant food grade is under the jurisdiction of the Center for Cosmetics and Household/Urban Hazardous Substances Regulation and Research (CCHUHSRR) particularly Household/Urban Hazardous Substances (HUHS) Product Category III: Cleaners, Fresheners and Deodorizers.
